Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email includes your order details and serves as verification that everything has gone through correctly.
If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of completing your purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Feel free to reach out to us at service@sandqvist.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This message includes your tracking number and a link where you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 2–3 business days after placing your order, please get in touch with us at service@sandqvist.com so we can investigate and help you out.

Shipping

We offer both home delivery and delivery to your nearest pick-up point. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days (excluding Swedish public holidays).

Shipping fees and available delivery options vary depending on your location. The exact delivery cost for international orders will be shown at checkout.

Shipping methods

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. However, as a sustainability-driven brand, we encourage mindful purchasing and fewer unnecessary shipments. If you decide to return an item, please pack it as tightly as possible to reduce the carbon footprint of transport.

To simplify returns and reduce waste, we use digital return labels. Register your return online, and once completed, you’ll receive your UPS return label via email.

  • If you are returning from outside the EU, you will also receive a commercial invoice (3 copies) to print and hand over to UPS.
  • To register your return, you will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Return fees:

  • Exchanges are free of charge.
  • For returns where you prefer a refund, a €5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
