General

The online store www.sandqvist.com is executed by the company Sandqvist Bags and Items AB, registered at Mosebacke torg, 116 20 Stockholm, Sweden, with VAT registration number SE556783080601. All products remain the property of Sandqvist until full payment has been made. All attempts to deceive will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error published on this site. Due to the digital format of photographs, we cannot guarantee that the photos reflect the exact nature of the real products.

Payment

You can pay in the different currencies available in the online store. Depending on the destination country, you can pay in SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, GBP or USD. Please note that we currently can’t accept gift cards, cash or cheques online.

Import tax and duty (for customers outside the European Union)

When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import tax and duty according to the local rules in the country of delivery. Therefore, the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of tax and duty payable differs according to the country. UPS will invoice you for the tax and duty, together with a disbursement fee of around €18/170 SEK for the customs clearance service. In some cases, UPS may ask you for an upfront payment of the tax and duty.

Prices

The prices shown in our online store consist of the total price, including VAT. They do not include shipping costs or possible fees. Duty or other taxes and fees may be added to the total price for purchases from outside of the European Union.

Damage during transportation

If a package is damaged upon arrival, you should report it immediately. If you have opened the package and find that your purchase is damaged, please contact us.

Uncollected deliveries

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a regular return and refund the money to the account used for the purchase.

Personal data

Under Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to use your personal data. All of the information you give us, or that we acquire when you visit our site, will be handled responsibly and safely by Sandqvist. The information will be used to enable us to fulfil our business responsibilities to you, and for marketing purposes. Sandqvist will not pass your personal data to a third party for marketing purposes, unless you agree to it. If your personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.

Force majeure

If Sandqvist fails to comply with the agreement due to unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due such as strikes, civil unrest or war, or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes or volcanic action, Sandqvist cannot be held responsible.
